The 3rd Session of the 11th CPC Meeting in 1978 was held in Beijing, Qingdao Shengli Boiler Factory was set up under the environment of opening and reforming. During the deep development of opening and reforming, Qingdao Shengli Boiler Factory was founded in 1999 basing on the progress of market economy.
    As third grade measurement unit, Our factory has got the certification of Grade B boiler producing permit, Grade D pressure vessel manufacture permit, Grade D boiler installing permit from the National Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine Office as well as the certification of ISO9001 International Quality System, for three units of measurement.
    Our factory registers the trademark as “Shengguang” which literally means “the light of victory”. Dominant products including DZL(S)、SZL(S)、WNS、SHL、LSC(S)、DRQ(S)、YLL(S), 12series totally, with thousands of specification of boiler product are applied to many large items both in domestic and foreign countries. They play an excellent part in the Beijing-Jiulong Railway, Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Western Develop.
    Protection of the environment and saving energy are urgent affairs because there is only one earth in the world. Our factory shows the unique advantages by the development of a great deal of high quality and price-favorable boilers which are able to protect environment and save energies.
